Hello, I'm Kenzie

I am a 2025-2026 job market candidate at the University of Texas at Austin and expect to graduate in May 2026. I aim to conduct research that is both theoretically insightful and practically relevant. My research primarily explores managerial topics including creative incentive contracting, human capital management, and resource allocation decisions.

Prior to joining the PhD program, I worked for KPMG in New York City as a management consultant, specializing in marketing transformation and customer service optimization. I am a licensed CPA in the state of New York.

In my free time I enjoy playing tennis, hiking and visiting national parks, binging reality competition TV, and trying new gluten-free recipes in the kitchen with my husband, Greg.
